Last Friday 25th March 2011 I had the privilege of attending Chess The Musical Uk Tour, Not only was this a fantastic show but having a member of your family in it made it even more special Martin Mc Carthy who played The King really did shine on stage. The Grand Canal Theatre is probably the best theatre I have been in to date with state of the art facilities and a packed audience of 2500 made the atmosphere fantastic.
After the show I met some of the cast members in the bar across the road and they couldn't of been nicer and the amount of energy they had after the show I seriously don't know how they do it. Fingers crossed I will see another show in this fantastic theatre and can I just wish my cousin Martin Mc Carthy the best of luck in everything he does...

My sympathy goes out to everyone who this has affected including myself, who could of predicted something as big as this would happen without warning, it is something that when I saw on the news I literally just stared at the TV hoping it was a new release blockbuster but no its real life, I actually did cry when I saw this as it is something that we cannot comprehend what is going on in the lives of the people in Japan except what we see on the news.
I sincerely hope that the people in Japan recover from this, with many a soul lost please pray for each and every loved one who has been lost in this horrible tragic event. Spare a thought in future when we think of what worries we all have when in fact they are minor headaches instead put yourself in the shoes of the people in Japan all they have now is memories and no homes and some have lost their entire families...
