Well it is now 2011 and it is a time when people consider doing different things and they make promises to themselves to either give up something or to cut back on something but do you really? or is it just a note to oneself to actually do it the following year...I personally have decided to get fit or fitter and cut down on junk food I am sure this is the most common amongst everyone but if you have anything different to add please do let me know.
