I always work with Crystals as I feel they have a grounding energy about them just like when you were younger and you were on a beach and you found a stone but out of all the stones on a beach you found just one which was special to you, its the same if not more for Crystals and the Energy they have. I always have Rose Quartz around me and also Tigers Eye which for my work I find very useful.
